Paromomycin Sulfate (Humatin)

Effective Against

Intestinal infections such as cryptosporidiosis, amoebiasis and leishmaniasis.

Paromomycin inhibits protein synthesis by binding to 16S ribosomal RNA. This inhibits production of protein in bacteria, causing bacterial cell death.
